In support of ShowLoveTO as part of the City of Toronto’s StrollTO initiative
curated and designed by Hibah Mian
NoVacancy is in support of the ShowLoveTO campaign with the City of Toronto that activates vacant and non-vacant storefronts to facilitate economic development, promote culture, and create joy with supporting and boosting local main street businesses while driving community spirit and engagement of artists and residents.
In collaboration with the Weston and Mount Dennis BIA’s, 4 vibrant artists from the community were activated: Krystal Ball, Indiigo Cocoa, Kanchan Quinlan, and Muller Zergaber.
Storefronts included: 1161 Weston Road, Toronto (the old Schilla Restaurant, currently active), Squibb’s Stationers located at 1974 Weston Road, Toronto, and Fahmee Bakery located at 1971 Weston Rd, Toronto.
